Dilock Slam Shut Valve for Quick Gas Flow Interception
The Dilock is a safety device which quickly intercepts gas flow when the controlled pressure reaches a pre-set limit due to any anomaly in the system, or when required by the operator. Designed for medium and low-pressure gas distribution networks, it is compatible with natural gas and previously filtered non-corrosive gases. The device is Hydrogen Ready for NG-H2 blending applications.

Where is the Dilock slam shut valve used?
The Dilock is mainly used in medium and low pressure gas distribution networks, at district stations and for residential, commercial and small industrial users. It is rated up to 20 bar. The Dilock 108 comes in DN 25, 40 and 50 with flanged ends (threaded on DN 50), and the Dilock 507-512 in 1 inch threaded versions. It is compatible with biomethane and 20 percent hydrogen blending.
What OPSO and UPSO settings does the Dilock offer?
The over pressure shut-off (OPSO) can be set from 30 mbar to 5.5 bar, and the under pressure shut-off (UPSO) from 6 mbar to 3.5 bar. Accuracy class reaches AG 5 for OPSO and AG 10 for UPSO, depending on working conditions. The valve trips within one second, is reset by hand, and accepts limit switch and remote tripping options.
