What is the RCS 705 used for?
The RCS 705 is a compact balanced governor for supplying burners and for low pressure natural gas distribution, widely used in residential networks. It comes in 3/4 and 1 inch with straight female connections, can be installed in any position, and works with a differential pressure of only 5 mbar.
What pressures does the RCS 705 handle?
Its flyer gives a maximum inlet of 0.2 bar and an outlet adjustable from 14 to 40 mbar, with an aluminium alloy body and nitrile diaphragm, for -20 to +60 °C. Use it with previously filtered, non-corrosive gas. For a 2 inch single pipe installation, see the RCS 201.
