What is the PF 400 used for?
The PF 400 is a governor for burner supply and low pressure natural gas distribution, mainly in residential networks. It controls the outlet from 6 to 35 mbar, comes in 3/8 and 1/2 inch with NPT connections, and is certified to CSA 6.22A / ANSI Z21.80A for certified applications. Bubble-tight lock-up and a -40 to +65 °C range are listed.
What is the difference between the PF 400 STD and Dual Cut versions?
The STD version takes inlet from 34 to 138 mbar and the Dual Cut version from 138 to 689 mbar; both deliver 6 to 35 mbar. The maximum emergency inlet pressure is 4.5 bar. For larger line sizes, up to 4 inches, see the Governor 2 PSIG and the Governor Dual Cut in the USA range.
