What is the Deltaflux control ball valve used for?
The Deltaflux by TIV Valves controls and modulates flow rate or pressure drop in a line, especially where high differential pressure or large flow rates are involved. Its quarter-turn trim gives high flow coefficients with minimum pressure drop when fully open. Standard valves are side entry and trunnion mounted, with a bare stem or a pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuator.
What sizes and pressure classes does the Deltaflux cover?
The Deltaflux flyer lists ANSI Class 150 to 2500, sizes from 2 to 48 inch and design temperatures from -196 to +425 °C, with RF or RTJ flanges, butt welding or hub ends. A unidirectional seat is standard; bidirectional and double block and bleed versions are available. Not every combination is possible, so we confirm the configuration with TIV.
