What is the difference between RSE and RSV?
Both combine a proven diaphragm measuring group with an electronic index and a replaceable communication module. The RSE is the temperature-compensated version and the RSV the non-compensated version. Both cover G1.6 to G6 (up to 10 m³/h), accuracy class 1.5 (class 1 on request), a 500 mbar maximum pressure and NB-IoT, GPRS or wireless M-Bus at 169 or 868 MHz.
Does the RSE/RSV have a shut-off valve?
An integrated shut-off valve is available as an option. It allows remote control of the gas supply and is used in prepayment systems. The metrology battery lasts 15 to 20 years, and the field-replaceable communication battery up to 20 years depending on the radio. The meters are rated for biomethane and blends with up to 20% hydrogen.
