Where is the Dixi AP used?
The Dixi AP is a compact 1 inch pilot operated regulator, classified fail close under EN 334. It takes 1.5 to 85 bar inlet and controls 0.5 to 25 bar outlet. Its flyer lists city gates, gas storage, power generation, regasification and heavy industry. Flanges are Class 150, 300 or 600 RF or RTJ per ASME B16.5, or PN 16 per ISO 7005.
Can the Dixi AP be fitted with a slam shut valve?
Yes. The Dixi AP accepts the SB/87 slam shut valve for overpressure protection. Its flyer also lists a built-in pilot filter, top entry design and compatibility with biomethane and 20% hydrogen blending. For larger flows with the same fail close logic, look at the ASX 176, available from 1 to 6 inch.
