What is the SSM-AQUO?
The SSM-AQUO is an ultrasonic smart water meter for residential and utility metering. It uses static measurement with no moving parts, comes in DN15 to DN50, and works at up to 16 bar with an operating range up to R500. Communication is NB-IoT, LoRaWAN or wireless M-Bus, with NFC and an optical port for local access. It is rated IP68.
Which standards does the SSM-AQUO meet?
It is designed to OIML R49, ISO 4064:2023 and UNI/TS 11291 where applicable, and certified under the European MID 2014/32/EU and RED 2014/53/EU directives, with MID accuracy class 2. The flyer also lists hygienic certifications for drinking water, such as D.M. 174, KTW and WRAS. Local utility approvals must be confirmed for each project.
