What does the EV add to the SSM-AQUO?
The SSM-AQUO EV adds an integrated electrovalve that opens and closes the water flow remotely and can apply customised limitation modes, for example in cases of delinquent payment. It is a DN15 meter with a Q3 of 2.5 m³/h, an R500 operating range, NB-IoT communication and a dual-channel battery architecture with a 13-year battery life.
What alarms does the SSM-AQUO EV raise?
It detects small flows, hidden leaks, pipe bursts, empty pipes, zero consumption and reverse flow, and reports tampering, excessive flow, freeze conditions and electrovalve errors. It also monitors water and ambient temperature, is rated IP68 and accepts water from 0.1 to 30 °C or 0.1 to 50 °C, depending on the T30 or T50 version.
