What is the RS/2001 LA?
The RS/2001 LA is a mechanical diaphragm gas meter for residential users on low pressure networks. It covers G1.6, G2.5 and G4, from 0.016 m³/h up to 6 m³/h, with accuracy class 1.5 and a maximum operating pressure of 500 mbar. The outer casing is deep-drawn, pre-galvanised sheet steel. It is designed to EN 1359 and OIML R137 and certified under MID.
Is the RS/2001 LA hydrogen ready, and can it measure LPG?
Yes to both. The flyer rates it as biomethane compatible and compatible with natural gas blends of up to 20% hydrogen, with higher blends on request. It suits natural gas, manufactured gas, LPG and other non-corrosive, pre-filtered gases. It is ready for an LF pulse emitter, with double-connection versions from 3/4 to 1¼ inch or a 2 inch monopipe.
