What is the difference between the RS 2.0 and the RST 2.0?
Both are residential diaphragm gas meters for fiscal measurement with a 2.0 litre cyclic volume, in G4 (up to 6 m³/h) and G6 (up to 10 m³/h). The RS 2.0 measures the gas volume at ambient conditions. The RST 2.0 has mechanical temperature compensation and measures the temperature-compensated volume. Both are MID approved (Module B and D) and built to EN 1359:2017.
Can the RS 2.0 / RST 2.0 be read remotely?
Yes. The meter has a plug-in for a low frequency pulse transmitter (0.01 m³ per pulse) or a communication module, and smart variants are available on request. It suits natural gas, propane, butane, nitrogen and hydrogen-blended natural gas, with a maximum operating pressure of 0.5 bar, in two-pipe and one-pipe versions.
