The VS/AM 58 is a direct-operated relief valve that functions as a safety device which vents gas when the system pressure exceeds the set value due to temporary events such as thermal expansion or pressure shocks. Designed for high-pressure transmission systems and medium-pressure gas distribution networks, it handles natural gas and treated, non-corrosive gaseous fluids. With rangeability up to 1:100 and a compact 1″ size, a hydrogen-compatible version (VS/AM 58 H) is available for 100% hydrogen applications.
